Surrounded by redwoods, our valley receives ample sunshine and cool ocean breezes that create the perfect balance for our cannabis plants to thrive. Belonging to the Avoca cooperative guarantees that our farmers are committed to sustainable, regenerative farming methods that not only grow incredible flower but also take care of the land we live and farm on. We believe that this attention to the plants and to the earth ensures a better future for everyone.

Farmers

In 2016, the citizens of California voted to legalize cannabis for recreational use, and it has been quite a ride ever since.

We are a small group of farmers who came together through the trials and tribulations and the excitement of this journey of state-wide legalization of recreational marijuana. Most of our farmers have been cultivating cannabis for many years. They each possess a deep skillset of developing and mastering the art of growing organic cannabis in a regenerative and sustainable way.

Anderson Valley

AVOCA Farms are geographically located in the magical Anderson Valley of Mendocino County, just 3 hours north of the Bay area.

This rich and complex appellation offers many micro climates, from the heat of the valley floor, to the cool marine layers coming from the Pacific ocean. The Navarro river runs through the length of the valley, and meets the Pacific ocean at Navarro Beach (insert), just miles from the heart of the valley. Although AV is famous for its Pinot Noir and many apple farms, cannabis has long been a primary agriculture endeavor here.
